Rates

The rate for a full day mediation is $5,000 and includes up to 9 hours of mediation time. Full day mediations are typically from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The rate for a half-day is $2,500 and includes up to 4.50 hours of mediation time. Half-day mediations are typically from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Additional mediation time beyond the pre-paid estimate is billed at $600 per hour.

No other charges

There are no administrative fees. There are no additional fees for Saturday mediations. There are no charges for travel time within California. Arrangements can be made for travel to other States.

Half day mediations are conducted via Zoom video conferencing and full day Mediations are conducted via Zoom video conferencing or in person at U.S. Legal Support in Costa Mesa. Full day mediations may be conducted at counsel’s office in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino or San Diego counties at no additional charge.

Continuation – Cancellation Policy

Dates tentatively reserved are not deemed confirmed until payment is received in full. Pre-paid fees are fully refundable until seven days before the reserved date. Cancellations with less than seven days notice will be charged 50% of the pre-paid fee. There are no fees to reschedule the mediation, so long as notice is given 3 full business days prior to the reserved date. Rescheduling requests less than 3 full business days prior to the reserved date will incur a fee of $1,000.
